Southeastern Electric strives to provide excellent service to you, our member-owners. Your satisfaction is important and guides everything we do at the cooperative.

To evaluate how we’re doing and better serve you, Southeastern Electric will be working with NRECA Market Research to complete member satisfaction surveys starting at the end of April. Members will be randomly selected to take the online survey through an email request and not everyone will be contacted. If you are contacted, we would greatly appreciate a few minutes of your time to share your opinions about Southeastern Electric. All information is confidential. The email will come from Southeastern Electric Cooperative at MarketResearch@nreca.coop.

As Southeastern Electric member-owners, you have a voice in the future of your cooperative.
